Return and Refund Policy
1) Our store is only for ordering and does not have ready stock. Therefore, most of the products will not list the size, fabric or other relevant information in detail. Please forgive me.
2) Register as a DOUBLE CHICS member. Enjoy more discounts.
3) Choose your favorite items > Add to cart > Pay via PAYME OR Paypal (visa/ master/ AE). *Please complete the transaction within 24 hours, otherwise the order and the offer at that time will be cancelled.
4) It usually takes 10-30 days for product pre-orders (depending on the style and Korean stock).
5) Confirmation and shipping information will be sent by email.
6) After arrival, it will be sent via SF Express (freight collect).
7) If the product is discontinued or out of stock, a full refund will be arranged.

- Color changes, replacements or product cancellations will not be accepted after the order is confirmed.
- If you find any problem with the goods you receive, please take a photo immediately and contact us for processing.
- Only the wrong color (excluding color difference), tattered goods (excluding artificiality), different styles and different sizes from what was ordered will be accepted as exchange conditions. If there is a problem with the product, it will only be replaced unless it is out of stock. Items of the same color and style can be exchanged.
