RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

RETURN

No refund or return will be accepted except you found quality issue upon received package, or received wrong item or wrong colour.

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Please write down your order number, product name and item number in the package before you sending back the package to us. The sending address will be provided after you contact our customer service.

Please remember to ask your courier for a proof of posting certificate and keep it safe for your reference. Without this, we cannot refund any money if we do not receive your parcel.

 

RETURN PROCESSING

Once we have received your parcel, your refund will be processed within 30 business days. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges at this time. You will need to return the unwanted item to us for processing first and then place a new order.

 

FAULITY ITEMS

All items are thoroughly inspected before being sent out to customers to ensure a high level of quality in the garments you purchase from us.

We are happy to replace, repair, or exchange goods in the case of a manufacturing fault. if found quality issue of the product, pls contact us within 24hours and please remember to take send us the photos of the defective product.
