DELIVERY
It takes 10-30days to order the goods from oversea (Korea / Japan ) upon received your order. And delivery times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Items may run no stock if manufacture discontinue producing. under this situation, we will process refund without any advance notice. We are sorry if this happened as this is what we cannot control.
If you have not received your items within 30 business days of receiving our dispatched notification, please email doublechics@gmail.com with your full name and order number, we will look into your delivery immediately. In most cases this means that an attempted delivery has occurred and that your parcel is waiting for you at your nearest Shun Feng Station for collection. Please check your mailbox. A signature is requested upon delivery.
