Notice to Taiwanese customers - Real-name authentication system for overseas parcels sent to Taiwan

*Starting from July 1, 2022, packages that have not been confirmed by clicking on the EZWAY APP will not be able to be shipped to Taiwan by air.
Taiwan’s Customs Administration of the Ministry of Finance began enforcing enforcement on April 16, 2020abroadPackage real-name authentication system. This can protect the rights and safety of the orderer/recipient.
After the implementation of this system, if overseas parcel orderers have not gone through the real-name authentication process and have not appointed customs declaration for parcels, the customs reserves the right not to accept the order.
In order to prevent the package from being delivered to you smoothly, we strongly recommend that you fill in the correct recipient's name (full name), mobile phone number and ID number before confirming the order on the Doublechics.com official website. This is because the real-name authentication process will bind the package recipient's information, so the information you fill in must be consistent to avoid authentication failure.
In addition, please download it as soon as possible after placing your order.The official mobile app certified by the Customs Administration of Taiwan Ministry of Finance"EZ WAY Yiliwei" App, and complete the real-name authentication registration procedures to avoid parcels from being unable to clear customs due to real-name authentication issues.
How to register for EZ WAY
Step1. Go to the mobile store to download "EZ WAY」 App.

Step2. Click on memberregister, select "Republic of China" and press Start
Step3. Fill in your personal name, phone number, ID card number, and set an account password.
Step4. Take out your ID card and take a photo of the front and back
Step5. Receive the SMS and enter the verification code
Step6. Completeregister
After completing the membership registration, the automatic review can be approved within 30 minutes. If the automatic review is not passed, manual review will take 1 to 3 days. Return to the homepage of the APP and you will find a label under review.
**From 2022-09-30, the international import tax will be calculated by the customs. The tax will be displayed on the EZWAY APP and payment can be made through the EZWAY APP. If you have not paid the tax, logistics will contact you to arrange payment.
Note: If you do not register an account in EZWAY APP or the information provided does not match, the package will not be successfully airlifted to Taiwan.
