No refunds or returns will be accepted unless you find a quality issue when you receive the package, or you receive the wrong item or wrong color.

We will refund the amount to your account according to the original payment method.

Return Instructions

Please write your order number, product name and item number in the package before you send it back to us. The return address will be provided after you contact our customer service.

Please remember to ask your courier for the tracking number and keep it properly for reference. If there is no tracking number and we do not receive your package, we will not be able to refund any money.

 

Return processing

Once we receive your package, your refund will be processed within 30 business days. When placing an order, you will be notified via email to the email address listed on your account.

The original shipping fee will not be refunded.

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer exchanges. You will need to return unwanted items to us for processing before placing a new order.

 

If quality problems are found ((excluding human)

All items are thoroughly inspected before being sent to customers to ensure that the clothing you purchase from us is of high quality.

If there is a quality issue, we will gladly replace the item. If there is any problem with the goods received, please contact us within 24 hoursTake photos every hour and contact us for processing
